Privacy Policy

This Chapter integrates the General Privacy Policy of Disbanded-Official with the specific provisions applicable to the processing of User’s personal data (hereafter “Company” or “we”).
This Chapter is provided to Users pursuant to and in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereafter “GDPR”), with relevant applicable Italian laws (the “Privacy Code”) and the provisions and guidelines issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority (the “Garante”).

1.Data Controller
The data controller is Disbanded-Official / Tania Mazzoleni
As data controller, the Company will process your personal data in compliance with the relevant data protection regulation, adopting adequate security measures able to prevent non-authorized accesses, dissemination, non-authorized alteration or destruction of the data.

2.Data Protection Officer
The Data Protection Officer of the Company, appointed according to the relevant provisions of the GDPR, is Tania Mazzoleni.

3.Legal basis of the processing of your personal data
The Company will process your personal data under its legitimate interest only in the cases where when it is not possible to apply other legal basis, according to the guidelines and provisions issued by the Garante.

4.For how long do we process personal data
Personal data are processed for the time necessary to provide the services requested by the User and for the performance of related and instrumental activities and will be retained according to the statutory limitation periods provided for by applicable Italian provisions or for enforcing Company’s rights, both in judicial proceeding and in the pre-litigation stage (i.e., please note the limitation period according to the Italian Civil Code is ten years).
